weight watchers wk 3

Well I was so relieved that I lost 3.6 lbs on monday!!! For a grand total of 4.2 all together! This week seems alot easier so far, I'm not as hungry and not as confused about what to eat. Man, I am lovin' this weather! I wish it would stay cool all day though, it is so nice in the mornin' when Ryan goes to school, but by noon it is hot as ever! I'm just ready for full-blown autumn...I absoulutely love halloween, probably 'cause the kids get such a kick out of it, and the weather is so nice and of course all the candy! Won't be eating much of that this year :) And it is so fun when the boys get dressed up in their costumes. Ryan is Capt. Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean, Scotty is a ninja turtle, and Ethan is Capt Feathersword (the Wiggles). I tried to get Scott to go with his bros and be a pirate, too, but he is secure enough in his self to be a turtle I guess, and that's good. Hopefully he will keep that trait forever, especially in high school. See everyone soon. Have a great week!
