weight watchers
Well I have been doing this for just over a week now, and I guess it is getting easier. I was a little bummed out last night at the meeting, only lost .6 lbs...that is kinda discouraging b/c I was so hungry all week! I mean I am not used to going a whole week w/o pizza, french fries, cheeseburgers, or ice cream! And I haven't had any of it!!! I had alot of self control, but still went over my points. So this week I will be stricter on myself and continue to write it all down, and hopefully next week will be better.

I think you did great! Be patient with yourself! Drink lots and lots of water, I drink half my body weight in ounces of water. (does that make any sense?)
Don't forget to take that belt off next week! (i won't be there to remind you! :) )
I think that the first week was the hardest one for me... I thought I was going to starve to death. But week 2 was easier and now it's super easy! You'll get there! Your stomach is in shock wondering where all the junk food is at. You can do it! Wear shorts on Monday when you weigh in!
It does work. The most important thing is journaling. Ahem - or else the Weight Watchers Nazi (Lori aka Foo Foo)gets to you! Look out! I know what you mean about being hungry. I have been doing this for 11 weeks and I am still hungry.
